Joe Kemp mentioned in a recent posting that he's not always the most eloquent public speaker and that sometimes while sitting up there his head asplodes with thoughts and comments. That's OK. If you're doing the right thing, res ipsa loquitur. Keep up the good work, Joe. Leadership is easily recognized both in its presence and its, um..., clear and obvious absence.
