Here layeth Bill,
He destroyed Morrisville.
Will we recover from distemper chaotic,
Once we’re rid of this Emperor Despotic?

Emperor is like Purple and Orange in that it doesn't rhyme with anything.

Here lies the Schools Emperor Despotic
Whose taxing task was quite quixotic
He shouted until his face was purple
Another non-rhyming word is silver.
Orange you glad he wasn't psychotic?

ROFLMAO

A phrase, by the way, that we didn't have in 17th century England.

And one that also doesn't rhyme with anything.

There once was a town with an emperor,
Whose cohorts Moe Larry and Shemp, did prefer

His unquestioned rule,
A town without school

Or offices, saki, or tempura.....

There once was a mad CPA
Who thought he was saving the day
By cutting our taxes
When in fact the facts is
He's selling our future away

Sad is the tale of the dog and his emperor,
Both fell prey to the emperor’s temper.

Despite advice from the vet,
He neglected his pet,

And they both ended up with distemper.

Our school was once ruled by an emperor
Whose paint for the buildings was tempera

The paint washed away
like the Emperors new clothes,
and the town soon regretted,
the leader it chose.

There once was Bill, Al, and Marlys,
Who created a budget that was really car'less.
They omitted the educations special,
And met with the courts judicial.
And that's why the Boro is penniless.

All hail the dynamic trio
Who screw up our schools with such brio
Though “rookies” they are, I hope they go far
Perhaps Beijing, Moscow, or Rio?

The responses here have exceeded my wildest dreams. The readership here is one of the liveliest and literate (and witty) audiences one could hope for. Thank you very much.

For your edification: More than you EVER wanted to know about non-rhyming words.

Here lies an absolute fool,
who destroyed a wonderful school.
He cared much more about quarters,
Then our sons or daughters,
How could one man be so cruel!

I do not like that School Board Prez
I do not like him common sense says

I do not like his empirical ways
I do not like his smuggish gaze
I do not like his demeaning remarks
I do not like the ignorance he sparks

I do not like that School Board Prez
I do not like him common sense says

I do not like his plans for our schools
I do not like his pragmatic rule
Reduction of taxes is not the whole answer
Too much reduction will be this town’s cancer
Preventing our fine school district’s survival
And thwarting any prospect of this borough’s revival.

I do not like that School Board Prez
I do not like him common sense says

I do not like the prez’s board crownies
I do not like those ridiculous phonies
They’re too dim-witted to think for themselves
The Prez is to Santa as they are to his elves
Following whatever he chooses to do
Without thought, question, or clue

Maybe its laziness, apathy, or fear
Whatever it is they should not be here!
Making important decisions each day
Relying on the Prez cause HE’S a CPA

Well, CPA means little to me
A Certified Public $$$hole is he.

OK, it's not original but it seems to fit the theme

Well we got no choice
All the girls and boys
Makin all that noise
'Cause they found new toys
Well we can't salute ya
Can't find a flag
If that don't suit ya
That's a drag

School's out for summer
School's out forever
School's been blown to pieces

No more pencils
No more books
No more teacher's dirty looks

Well we got no class
And we got no principles
And we got no innocence
We can't even think of a word that rhymes

School's out for summer
School's out forever
School's been blown to pieces

No more pencils
No more books
No more teacher's dirty looks

Out for summer
Out till fall
We might not go back at all

School's out forever
School's out for summer
School's out with fever
School's out completely

Raise scores they shouted!
No new school! Tight budget leaves
No child left behind?

Roses are red

Violets are blue

Sugar is sweet

They don't care about education or rhymes, just lower their taxes.
