Hmmmmm...me thinks the renovation is being pushed for this so it can be rented out!
Will the renovations include the ability to conveniently reconfigure the space for Texas Hold 'Em tournaments?
It amazes me that this issue, now about 15-20 years old remains unresolved. What board hasn't tried to get something moving here? And yet, not a single action has occurred to make progress. Has the SB taken lessons from BC on how to procrastinate?
