I'm reluctant to mention anyone by name because of the "Kiss O'Death Factor", but I'm hoping some smart, reasonable, free-thinking individuals aren't dissuaded from applying, even in the face of the MegaMillions winning ticket odds of being selected, and the soul-crushing hopelessness of making a difference with the current board majority.
Buena Suerte, Amigos y Amigas!
Given that logic, shouldn't we post a list of all of the people we would NOT want to be appointed, and say that we want them in that seat?
Caveat Emptor!
Does anyone know of any insiders lined up for the post? I would expect a QRSE supporter or two would be ready to take the dais.
I honestly have no clue which of the Stop The School supporters may run, so just for fun I am going to take a guess at the odds:
Jack Buckman 3:1
Ed Bailey 5:1
Dianne Hughes 7:1
Mark Coassolo 8:1
Sharon Hughes 10:1
Ron Stoudt 12:1
Steve Worob 12:1
Herbert Brooks 25:1
I'm confident it will be Jack Buckman. He just lost his seat on Boro Council, and he defines himself by being an elected official. He will also be a good lap-dog, as proven by his having been one for Jane Burger.
Nice comment lapdog. You kiss of death blogheads (what are there, about 12 of you)can't even wait for an appointment to be named before starting your attack. Thank you lapdog for making Peter look like a genious and assuring the selection of Jack Buckman.
Why is it that Steve's comments are so easily attributed to him?
It's because he is such a "genious".
Anyone know how the odds are looking on this one?
