Leadership

This is nice. I'll usually get one unsolicited email on a particular topic of interest to the reader. Two unsolicited emails on the same subject are a rare occurrence. Today, I got three. I think that says more about the person than we can really put into words. Here's real leadership in action.

Get well soon, Ed.

I am happy to see that we have moved into the "praise for people of worth" phase (and out of the "grousing about problem people" phase).

Ed is of HIGH VALUE to Morrisville, and here's hoping he has a speedy recovery and that we continue to be blessed by his contributions.

Ed AND hid wife Pat are both great assets to the community. There's not a trace of malice in either of them, and I wish them both all the strength and comfort they need to get through this. Hey, maybe Ed is the George Bailey of Morrisville....

Ed's actions speak volumes about how he truly cares about the community.

You may or may not agree with his decisions on the board (read: the building issue) but we can all learn from him about grace, dignity, and standing up for what you believe in while showing respect for those that disagree with you. He is a class act.

Get well soon, Ed.
